GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Hôtel La Cour du 6 – Annecy
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between LA COUR DU 6, operator of Hôtel La Cour du 6 in Annecy, and any customer making a reservation.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking – Formation of the Contract
A reservation becomes final and binding upon:

validation of payment,
-
or provision of a valid credit card,
-
or payment of a deposit.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation:

in case of an invalid credit card,
-
in case of incorrect information,
-
in case of unsuccessful pre-authorization.
3. Rates
All rates are expressed in euros, including VAT, excluding tourist tax.
Prices may vary depending on:

seasonality,
-
demand,
-
local events,
-
selected rate conditions,
-
distribution channel.
Only the price confirmed at the time of booking shall apply.
4. Payment Terms and Guarantees
The hotel may:
-
perform a pre-authorization prior to arrival,
-
charge all or part of the stay,
-
require advance payment.
In the event of a declined authorization,
the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation.
A credit card guarantee may be required upon arrival to cover:
-
incidentals,
-
damages,
-
late departure,
-
exceptional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date (4:00 PM local hotel time).
In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival):
-
the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of same-day cancellation or no-show:
-
100% of the first night will be charged, and the hotel may release the room.
Non-Refundable Rate
Any booking made under a non-refundable rate is fully payable upon confirmation.
No modification or refund will be granted.
6. No-show
In case of no-show:
-
the first night will be charged,
-
the remaining nights may be cancelled,
-
the room may be resold.
7. Early Departure
Any stay that has commenced is payable in full.
In case of early departure for personal reasons,
the total amount of the booked stay remains due.
8. Check-in – Check-out
-
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
-
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Late departures may result in:
-
a charge of €30 per hour,
-
or an additional night being charged.
9. Occupancy – Guest Conduct
Guests agree to use the room in a peaceful manner and in accordance with its intended use.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or evict, without refund, any guest:
-
under the influence of alcohol,
-
displaying aggressive behavior,
-
causing noise disturbances,
-
failing to comply with house rules.
10. Damages – Financial Liability
Any damage, breakage, loss of items, or exceptional cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
11. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the property.
12. Personal Belongings
Guests’ personal belongings remain under their responsibility.
The hotel declines all liability in case of:

loss,
-
theft,
-
damage,
occurring in rooms or common areas.
13. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure
(natural disaster, fire, pandemic, administrative closure, strike, or any event beyond its control).
14. Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to:

these Terms and Conditions,
-
as well as the platform’s specific terms.
In case of discrepancy,
the rate conditions confirmed at the time of booking shall prevail.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
